#4 is in Purple. Finally. What’s cool about it? Bear fans being beside themselves, that what’s cool.
I’m not even a big fan anymore, but I sure am enjoying the whining Bear fans (okay, that’s somewhat redundant) right now.

you must kow some idiot Bear fans..because all the Bear fans i know, myself included, are estatic that Favre will limp on to the field and throw 30 picks for the queens this year.

I don’t know if he’ll throw 30 picks, I don’t know if he’ll lead the Vikes to the Super Bowl, I don’t know if he’s got ANYTHING left in that golden arm…but Brett Favre with a BROKEN arm and three picks a game is BETTER than anything else the Vikes have at QB. I would trade Tarvaris Jackson to the Bears for a pair or rusty hubcaps if it would get him the hell off of Minnesota’s roster.
I’ve said for 10 years…what would it be like to see #4 in Purple? Most Viking fans I know would have hated that thought. Now, albeit too late, it’s finally happened. If the Vikes could just get New England to give us Randy Moss back now, it would be like a pinball machine on the field the way the Vikes would rack up points.
But you must face one FACT: The BEST running back in the game resides in the backfield with #4. And Favre has NEVER had that kind of runner behind him. Who knows what might happen?
I’m giddy only because Bear fans are so upset.

well, I can’t argue with you there. you and I could probably out QB jackson and Rosenfels.
Petersen in good. and I appreciate the fact that you didn’t compare him to Payton. b/c Most Viking Fans do, and it sickens me.
